Nature Packs is a fun activity for the whole family, and it’s free! Get out and explore the natural wonders of Bachechi Open Space by investigating birds, bugs, tracks and more. Nature Packs are ideal for five to ten year-olds, and preschool packs are available for three to four year-olds. It’s easy. You just reserve a backpack that is full of all the things you need to explore including guides, handson supplies, and activity sheets. Packs are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. At the Bachechi Environmental Education Building located at 9521 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, Albuquerque NM, 87114. When can you get a Nature Pack? Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m.—12 p.m. This is a pilot program that will run from July 14 to August 12. How much are Nature Packs? FREE!
