MEMBERS OF THE MONTH January 2014 Ginger Jaspers & Denise Maloney Q. How long have you been exercising? A. We have been exercising on and off for the past 20 years, but never on a consistent basis until we started TRX Training and Partner Training with Mike Bologna in May, 2013. Q. How have things worked out? A. We have developed more toned muscles and have both lost inches. Q. How do you feel physically? A. Although we complain about our aches and pains, we are stronger and have more energy. Q. Has exercising affected your lifestyle? A. Yes. By holding each other accountable as a team, our respective lifestyles have become more active and disciplined. Q. What do you feel has been the hardest part in maintaining your exercise program? A. Balancing full time work, family and outside commitments. But, it has helped having a personal trainer whose dedication to creating fun and challenging workouts has made it easier and more rewarding to keep this commitment to ourselves. Q. Anything else you would like to add? A. We love working out at Carillon Wellness Center. We always get greeted on a first name basis, the staff, instructors and members are warm and friendly, and the environment is conducive to cultivating new friendships as well as a healthy lifestyle.
