Very well every since I began training with Kettlebells. Q. How do you feel physically? A. Strong and fit. Q. Has exercising affected your lifestyle? A. Much more energy and more motivated. Q. What do you feel has been the hardest part in maintaining your exercise program? A.There is always something else that needs to get done, but making the gym a priority in your life is a must. Q. Anything else you would like to add? A. I am stronger now than I have ever been, and I never knew how empowering that can be. Itâ€™ s amazing how physical strength can help you become mentally stronger as well.
