The Shopping Before you head into Bridgetown the cruise terminal offers a wide variety of shops where you can indulge in arts and crafts, souvenirs luxury shopping and much more. Choose from over 20 shops that cater to all your shopping needs. Including Cave Shepherd, Diamonds International, Trendy Styles and Local Colours. But thats not all! Guess What? All shops offer duty free..

Just on the outskirts of the terminal you will find the Pelican village which caters mostly to crafts and artwork. Just beyond this “village” is the capital of Barbados and our busiest shopping area - Bridgetown. Here you will find banks, stores, tours, great liming spots and plenty of places to eat. So let’s go shopping.

CUZZ FISH SHACK Just a stone’s throw away from Carlisle Bay is none other than the famous “Cuzz’s Fish Shack”. As you approach you can smell the sweet aroma of their grilled fish in the air. Long queues are sometimes the order of the day as customers wait for a taste of the delicious

GOLDEN APPLE JUICE and unique cutters for which Cuz has now become quite famous. Locating the shack is quite easy as it is painted a bright aquamarine. The Fish cutter with egg and cheese comes highly recommended, its a great stop for a local experience.

The local golden apple fruit is a Bajan favourite, enjoyed when ripe, made into Jams or delicious juice. Bajan tradition dictates that drinking golden apple juice is good for the skin and heart, so we suggest the next time you are in Barbados ask for a nice cold
