My home town of Talgarth has experienced some major changes in recent years. The Natwest Bank was where I received my piggy collection as a kid, now it is home to the Wye and Usk Foundation. With the new school build started, Talgarth is definitely on the up and there’s a positive vibe around the town. So we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Talgarth in this issue – please turn to pages 24–31.
