Care for the Carers Care for the Carers is an independent charity supporting unpaid carers of all ages in East Sussex. It provides up-todate information tailored to your needs, and has a team of staff and volunteers who provide practical and emotional advice. It can put you in touch with other carers, and it offers a range of groups and events. Its services include the following: • a listening ear – you can speak to a support worker on the phone or meet them face-to-face; • help to plan for emergencies;
