PRINCE2® (2009): Conversion
PRINCE2® (2009): Conversion Overview Capita Learning & Development’s PRINCE2® Conversion course is based on the 2009 edition of the PRINCE2™ Manual: Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®.
Who is it for? Anybody who is already qualified at PRINCE2® Foundation level wishing to sit the Practitioner examination. Pre-Requisite Delegates must have already passed PRINCE2® Foundation level, prior to attending this course.
What you will learn: On Day 1 of this 2-day course, the trainer will begin with an extremely useful overview of PRINCE2® and a review of the important Tailoring principle This is then followed up by delegates undertaking several sample scenario-based Practitioner questions, within specific timescales, which are marked and analysed. These markings will be potentially useful in indicating areas of strength/ weakness that delegates might consider factoring into their final studies as well as providing them with experience of the ‘objective testing’ format, used within the Practitioner examination The Practitioner qualification is valid for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 years, after which time registered PRINCE2® Practitioners are expected to pass a Re-Registration exam in order to retain their certification (see page 52). This course has been designed to give an overall understanding, by practical means, of the project management process and its key terminology. Duration: 2 days Ref: PRCONV
