By train Cambridge train station is approximately 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre. There are bus stops in front of the main entrance and buses run every 10-20 minutes to St Andrew’s Street in the city centre (returning to the station from Emmanuel Street). For the Main Welcome Desk ( A ), city centre sites ( D F M ) and city centre Colleges, use one of the Citi services to St Andrew’s Street. Between 8.00am and 11.00am only on 3 and 4 July the Uni 4 bus service is stopping at the train station before continuing on to West Road (for the Sidgwick Site S ) and then to the West Cambridge Site ( W alight at Conduit Head Road stop). Visitors wishing to return to the station on the Uni 4 service need to alight on Brooklands Avenue and walk from there to the station (via Brookgate).
