What makes a great recruiter? A great recruiter is a broad and varied combination of many different capabilities, skills and personality traits. You might have had demonstrated success in a range of different fields, but examples of relevant professional backgrounds can be hospitality/retail management, travel, consulting, and retail banking; or from the profession they decide to recruit in (e.g. HR, Finance, Marketing).
