‘Arsenal personifies Kyiv I think. It’s huge, majestic with a lot space not used or “not finished” or destroyed, with a big green territory and a huge potential. Kyiv has a totally special view from the Dnipro river. And its potential of the space is more immense as a thought and, at the same time, more used in improper way in general. Kyiv have a huge problem of “not completed” places, buildings, bridges. City has a lot of forgotten or not open treasures in its urban surrounding and a lot of “small problems” that make one chaotic mass.’ Oleksandra Davydenko, Ukraine.
