Moon Jennifer Zuniga

Every time I look at the moon, I think of you. You remind me of something so captivating. Every time I look at the moon, I think about us. You know, how life would be if we were together. But the fact is, you also remind of how far the moon is from earth. There’s days where I feel so distant from you. And there I go trying to distant myself from you, yet I find myself coming back to you every time. And in the night time, you are the person I want to talk to. Truth is, every time I look at the moon, I talk to it as if I were talking to you. But clearly, the moon is only out during the night time. I need to stop dreaming and let go of you before you leave my heart looking like the crescent moon... broken.
