WHO WE ARE Beginning in 1911, the foundation of our church ministry has always been in mobilizing and making mature followers of our Lord. In the past fifty years, since calling Manhattan Beach our home location, we have seen two worship centers built, the E-Building go up in 1999 to house our preschool program for Journey School and provide much needed space for adult Bible classes and events. In 2009 we unveiled a new 18,000 square foot educational building we now call The Harbor. And, in 2005 Journey under took a vast remodel of our sanctuary and Student Center, to better serve our growing congregation. For a select few you have called Journey your church home since the Hermosa days, for many of us you have been a part of the dynamic growth our current campus has experienced, and for others who are new to Journey you are learning of our church‘s history for the first time. It has taken all of you to make Journey of Faith the church it is today – almost 3,000 worshipers serving the body of Christ for his Kingdom. With this new rebrand our aim is to better represent how far Journey of Faith has come without forgetting where we came from. Let these brand guidelines help you maintain the heightened standards of the church that this new identity reflects.
