A WARRANTY CLAIM WILL NOT BE HONOURED IF DEFECTS ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, OR IF DALSEIDE SHIPPING SERVICES DETERMINES THAT DEFECTS OR DAMAGES ARE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, MISAPPLICATION, LACK OF MAINTENANCE, ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, ALTERATION, OR ABNORMAL CONDITIONS.
