Kids Korner Hey Kids! Have you written your wish list to Santa yet? If not, you better get on it! Use this sample letter to fill in the blanks, cut it out, and mail it to the big guy. Address the envelope simply to SANTA and it will get delivered to the North Pole! We hope you have a very Merry Christmas!

Krafty Kids:

Cooking with Kids Prepare your holiday meal while spending time with the kids in the kitchen!

All you need to get started are plastic tri-beads and red and while pipe cleaners. Cut the pipe cleaners in half. Use needle-nose pliers to bend over one end of the pipe cleaner stem. This will stop the beads from falling off the end of your candy cane. Add the beads in any pattern you want. The beads interlock as you go. When you are at the end of the stem, use the pliers to turn the last bit of pipe cleaner into a tight loop to close the end. Then bend to form a candy cane shape. Give them as a gift or hang on your tree!

Great Idea!

Here is a very simple, yet festive, food for the kids to fix as a table centerpiece. All you need is some fresh, washed fruit, a decorative tray, and some imagination as they “decorate the tray. Try kiwi, star fruit, strawberries, raspberries, and grapes. Not only does this make a beautiful, festive centerpiece for your holiday meal, but it is healthy too!
