As of July 2011, LCMS has successfully conducted 4 Dynamic Speakers Workshop under Next Generation Ministry spearheaded by Pastor Calvin Lim. These workshops â&#x20AC;&#x201C; 2 in English (December 2010, June 2011) and 2 in Mandarin (March 2011, June 2011), have trained 60 young people from different congregations to be effective speakers.
