Feel like your life is just flying by, controlled by exams, homework, and to-do lists? Have you gotten so busy that you’ve forgotten to find the joy in life? Here are some tips for reconnecting with your inner child: • Create – make something new, perhaps with paint, play dough, or mud • Nap – the world will still be here waiting for you when you wake up • Play – a game or sport with friends, play with a pet – there’s no one to tell you when to stop playing! • Take up childhood hobbies – dig out those old pogs or action figures, perhaps play some Nintendo or light bright • Dream – about something fun you’d like to do, what it would be like to be Batman or fly a kite on the beach (which you could actually do :) )… let your imagination take you for a ride
