Summertime Bake-Off Rules of the Bake-Off 1) All recipes must be 100% original and homemade. No commercially baked items. 2) A serving of your recipe needs to be presented separately for the judges, but the remainder of your baked goods will be shared with participants. 3) A copy of the recipe needs to be submitted with the judges serving. Recipes will be given back to the contestant after the judging is complete. No copies will be made of your recipe to ensure your baking secrets are not exposed.
4) All entry forms and payments must be submitted and received by June 1st. Please make checks payable to our organizer, Calli Overstreet. If paying by cash, it can be dropped off at the mailing address below Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm. Please mail or drop off payment and entry forms to: Summertime Bake Off Submission 2915 E Baseline Rd BLDG 6 Suite 112 Gilbert AZ 85234 5) Once payment is received, a receipt will be e-mailed to you to keep for your records. Once payment is received there will be no refunds.
6) Prizes will be awarded in the form of cash and will be generated by contestant entry fees.

Contestant Arrival and check-in: 12:00pm-1:00pm Announcing of winning recipes: 3:00pm
Presentation Bake your entry recipes at home and bring the finished product to the bakeoff. One serving of your recipe must be separately plated for the judges. The remainder of your baked goods will be placed on a contestant table and all contestants and guests are permitted to taste and sample the recipes.
Lunch Provided Complimentary Lunch will be provided by LJâ€™s Pizza for all of the participants.
Checking In on the day of the Bake-Off Enter on the East side of the building and check in at the front desk. A staff member will give you a name badge and check in your contest entry or entries. You will be directed as to where to drop off your baked goods.
Judging Criteria Each entry will be judged based on the following criteria: Presentation Taste Recipe Originality *Each contestant will receive a complimentary gift for entering the bake-off.
