WELCOME I would like to personally welcome each of you to the 3rd Annual CROSH Conference: Mental Health in the Workplace. We are excited to be hosting this conference as part of the Canadian Mental Health Association’s 63rd Annual Mental Health Week and North American Occupational Safety and Health Week. The world of occupational mental health is an exciting area for CROSH to be a part of, and we will endeavour to continue to meet and bring inspired people together in forums that help strengthen your capacity to best serve the workers you represent. I would like to thank each of you for attending our conference and bringing your expertise to our gathering. As health and safety leaders, you are our greatest asset, and we cannot accomplish what we do without your partnership. Throughout this conference, I ask you to stay engaged, keep us proactive, and help us shape the future of occupational mental health in workplaces across Northern Ontario and beyond. I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of our conference organizing committee. Planning committee members included: Wayne Glibbery, Nancy Johnson, Dr. Michel Larivière, Judith Horrigan, Ayden Robertson, Alexandria Tsimiklis, Dr. Céline BoudreauLarivière and Caleb Leduc. I would also like to take a moment to acknowledge our conference sponsors, without their support this conference would not have been possible.
