HARTHILL SCHOOLS’ ASSOCIATION 90th ANNIVERSARY DINNERS 2012 Comprehensive – Friday 30th March 2012 Calder High – Saturday 31st March 2012 Quarry Bank High – Saturday 31st March 2012 (All dinners to be held at Carnatic Hall, Mossley Hill)

After the success of the 75th Anniversary Dinners held in April 1997, HSA was formed. It was agreed to have reunion Dinners every five years. The first newsletter was sent to everyone on the mailing lists for the three schools and included a membership form – five years membership for £10. One of the advantages of being a paid up HSA member is a guaranteed place at the Anniversary Dinners. The second benefit is receiving two Newsletters each year. The HSA Committee decided earlier this year that booking forms for the dinners would be sent out to HSA members with the May 2011 Newsletter, giving them the option of booking before September for a guaranteed a place. As from September it was agreed to send booking forms to all non-HSA members on the general mailing list. So, from now onwards, all applications will be treated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. If you are interested in attending, please complete the attached booking form, enclose a cheque for £25 (made payable to Harthill Schools’ Association) and send as soon as possible to: Louise Mutch c/o HSA Calderstones School Harthill Road Liverpool L18 3HS The HSA Committee believe that this may be the last time they can continue to arrange separate dinners for Calder and Quarry. Please make every effort to attend and bring as many of your contemporaries as you can. We are here to help you contact them if that is necessary. To avoid unnecessary expenditure we will not be sending acknowledgements re. receipt of booking form/cheque. We will endeavour to bank cheques as soon as possible after receiving them so please consider this as an acknowledgement of a guaranteed place.
