In conclusion, it is proven that of the physical transformation of NDSM is a reaction
by the creative groups that have come together, to the conditions of the area. The solidification of these ideas is supported with the transformation of the buildings in the area. The architectural transformation is the product of the Dutch perception of art and artists, the culture of cohabitation, the peaceful attitude of the state and aspects of the recent history of the Netherlands. This movement is pluralist, holistic and collaborative because it stems from the very culture of the region. The aforementioned culture and the principle of cooperation have developed a non-linear, self-organizing and idiosyncratic system simply because it is a natural development process.
Along with these analyses, this thesis is an adventure of exploration that intends
to learn how to observe a city and architecture, within the context of all the aspects that it contains, within its past-present-future continuum, and to understand other problems with the data at hand.
