Bubble up is designed for Istanbul, in which there will

be too many skyscrapers. The cultural complex provides an improved system of transportation which would reduce traffic congestion in the area, a major problem for the city. This eco-friendly, utopian building is also designed for organising and hosting a periodical international expo and trade centre. Bubble up is designed to be a water and wind based building with an international harbour, near to the Istanbul Marmara sea. The existing public ferry system is integrated with the harbour to give an alternative to land transportation, and the building is allowed to be open to traffic from both Turkey and other countries. Ideally served by these transportation solutions, the harbour is designed to be transformed into a multipurpose area for concerts and conferences. It is possible to reach the building with different methods of transport. To facilitate this, there are different entrance zones and more than one ‘ground level’ floor, at different heights which relate to the site and to the sea.
