Dear C3ers, June was a very busy month across all the C3 sites globally! I very much enjoy seeing all of the activities taking place weekly within each of our sites around the world. From the JUMP program event in Manila to the family picnic in Twin Falls, we are truly delivering excellent experiences for our clients while enjoying the FAN culture we are creating. Please continue to share all your good news with your Site Leaders and the Corporate Communications team so that we can showcase all of this great work! I also encourage each of you to take advantage of our Refer a FAN program globally. This is an excellent way to make extra money just for referring your friends to work at C3! We are hiring globally and looking for new FANS like you in just about every C3 site. Many thanks to each of you for your hard work and dedication to C3, our clients and their customers. Dear C3ers, It’s been a little over a month since I joined C3, and I want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone for welcoming me to this team. There is a tremendous amount of commitment for our clients across this enterprise, and I am looking forward to helping C3 reach the next level in the coming months. Last week, we announced some organization changes to prepare us for growth and to better support our clients. Our operating objectives globally will revolve around 3 key objectives: Client Value, Employee Value, and Shareholder Value. Each C3er at every level plays a role in these objectives. With every experience we successfully deliver, we track toward achieving our overall goal to make a FAN out of every client and their customers. Thank you again for welcoming me to C3 with such open arms. Great news from the HR team! C3 is upgrading your pay cards in the US, starting September 1, 2018. Benefits of the new cards include: • Capability of transferring funds to employee’s other US bank accounts • Able to fund card with cash or other direct deposits (2nd job or child support payments, tax refunds, etc.) • Bigger ATM network to make withdrawals from card (at zero charge!) • Use of card much like any other bank card (including online purchases) • Bank over the counter cash withdrawals • Signature debit purchases • Mobile App • Piggy Bank option, which operates like a Savings account • Person to Person transfers (Coming soon) • Check Deposit (Coming soon) This transition will happen automatically, so don’t worry. You won’t need to do anything. All new welcome packages with new cards and checks will be sent to the sites and distributed via your local HR teams.

The new C3 Lab in Las Vegas made it’s debut to the community in early June when a reporter from the Las Vegas Review-Journal stopped by for a tour with Mohit Shah, Experience Leader and Senior VP of Business Transformation. OUR FEATURED CENTER FOR THIS MONTH IS: BONIFACIO (MANILA) FLOWERS OF MAY C3er’s in BON held a “Flores de Mayo” (Flowers of May) Parade on the Operations Floor in honor of a traditional festival held in the Philippines in the month of May. Representatives from the different accounts participated in the Santacruzan (from the Spanish Santa Cruz, "Holy Cross") parade at the Bonifacio One Technology Tower floors and showed off their best traditional Filipino outfits to the rest of the C3 family.

BRIGADA ESKWELA 2018 On June 2, C3er’s participated in very meaningfully a visit to our partner school: Ciriaco P. Tinga Elementary School. Throughout the day, Champions and Leaders alike worked side by side to paint chairs and designated classrooms as a welcome treat to incoming students for the start of the school year. To cap off the day, our volunteers presented C3 Branded Segregated Waste Bins to teach the students about the importance of recycling and responsible use.


The Philippines celebrated Independence Day on June 12th nationwide. To mark the occasion, prizes were given to 5 champions who had submitted the best responses to the question: “What Makes You Proud to be Filipino?”.

Q1 TOP AWARDS 2018 On June 14th, the BON team brightened up a rainy day with loud cheers for our “Top Award” winners for Q1 of 2018. 15 Awardees from Operations and the Functional Groups were recognized for their excellent performance for the 1st Quarter of the year. A dinner invitation was extended to the winners and a special personal guest per awardee to show their loved ones how C3 values the their contributions to the company and how their examples are shared with pride as an inspiration to all.

FATHER’S DAY EVENT To celebrate Father’s Day, our male employees were treated to relaxing massages and a haircut treat onsite. The massage treat was as well provided for Dad’s who submit Fan Referral in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.






There is no better way to celebrate a holiday than with a good old fashioned BBQ! The Tucson team enjoyed a hot dog cookout on a beautiful summer afternoon.


On 21st June, Las Vegas had “Summer Solstice-Longest Day of the Year” through a fundraising and brought awareness to end Alzheimer’s while having fun!

BONIFACIO Neilson Gamale, one of our Champions from Humana represented C3 in the recently concluded BPO Queen Beauty Pageant 2018 and made it in the Top 20.


All work and no play? Not at Twin Falls! On June 24 th C3ers had “Family Fun Day” where rock and face painting, games for the kids, Kona Ice, catered food, prize giveaways and lots of fun were enjoyed!


Let’s taco ‘bout how good these photos look! Salt Lake City held a Spring Fling with a taco cart last second week of June. Yes, please!


On 14th June, C3ers in Guatemala went out of their way to show care and donated food, medicines, toiletries, etc. to affected Volcano de Fuego survivors!


Thanking and celebrating our father figures at Tahlequah!


Teams of C3ers came together for a day of fun and to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's Longest Day. The team has raised almost $3,000 for this important cause!
