Self-Analytical Evaluation My journalism journey didn’t start until my senior year of high school. At the beginning of high school journalism really wasn’t an interest to me; I actually never thought I would end up taking a course that involves me writing so much apart from my regular English language art course. Senior year was approaching fast and I wanted to prepare myself for what may come in the future with me heading out to college I wanted to be prepared for those 8 -13 page essays. So, I thought why not take yearbook it would help me improve my writing, grammar, and it would look good in my college application. Yearbook has really helped me improve in my grammar by having to write the copy for some of our spreads but, It was actually a struggle for me because I had to really think about what I’m going to write about and check my grammar. Taking this course was worth my time; I learned a lot going through the process of completing a spread.

Reflection #1

The art spread has to be one of the most special spreads to me that I have been apart of because I can really relate to it. I am currently an AP ART student and making this spread I wanted all the art pieces pictures to look like WOW!! this person took their time to create a stunning art piece.Having the opportunity to create the art spread was really special because art is somthing that I enjoy to do. It made making this spread fun for me. For me to create something that I think is amazing I have to enjoy it and this art spread was on eof them.
