Business Center: The business center is located on the second floor next to the elevator. Open 24 hours.

Check Out Time: Check out time is 12:00 noon. If your departure is delayed, please contact the front desk to determine if an extension is possible. All guests staying past 2:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.

Complimentary Continental Breakfast: Served fresh daily from 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on the 1st floor of the South Wing.

Dry Cleaning: Same day dry cleaning service is available. Please place articles in laundry bag provided in closet area, and deliver to front desk by 8:00 a.m. Please fill out the dry cleaning forms provided in the front pocket of the directory.

Fax/Copy Service: Available in the lobby from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Incoming faxes are $.50 per page (free for Best Western Rewards card holders). Outgoing faxes are $1.00 per page.

Fitness Center: The fitness center is located on the first floor in the south building at the south side of the building The Center is open from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Shirts, shoes, and towels are required, please stop by the front desk for towels. No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the Fitness Center.

Housekeeping: Available from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. For additional blankets, pillows, and towels please contact the front desk. Towel delivery is available from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Ice: Ice is available at the northwest corner of each floor of the north building.

Luggage Handling/Storage: Luggage carts are available on the 1st floor at the elevator. If you need assistance with your luggage please call the front desk and someone will gladly assist you. If you need to store your luggage, please feel free to drop off your bags at the front desk 24 hours a day .

Laundry Room: Laundry machines and dryers are available on the 1st floor, at the northwest corner. If you need change for the machines or the soap dispenser please stop by the front desk.

Directory of Services Pool & Spa: The Pool and Spa are located on the first floor, and are heated year round. Please stop by the front desk for pool towels. Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited in the pool area. For your convenience you may stop in at the front desk for plastic cups for your beverages.

Safe: For the security of your valuables, a safe is available in your room, at no charge.

Smoking Policy: All guest rooms are non-smoking. Please note that when registering you agree to pay the hotel $150.00 for violating this policy. This charge covers 2 nights lost revenue & $25.00 cleaning fee.

Snacks & Beverages: The snack machine is located on the northwest corner of the 1st floor. Beverages including bottled water are available on every floor at the northwest corner. Complimentary water is available at the front desk.

Sundries: Batteries, sunscreen, eye drops, chap stick, floss, hairspray is available in the lobby at a charge.

Directory of Services HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS HSIA is available in each guest room free of charge. Wireless access is available in the North building only. Rooms in the South Building are hard wired with the cords located at the desks. Complimentary Wi-Fi cards are available at the front desk. For Vista user and some XP users, if you have problems connecting to the internet disable windows firewall. Once you have internet access you can enable your firewall. For customers with wireless home network set up on your laptop, you may have to go into your wireless advanced settings and add our network to your preferred networks. In some older laptops, your wireless software may be inadequate to use on our network. We suggest letting windows manage your wireless network for trouble free internet access. If you still have problems getting set up or connected, contact the front desk for assistance. After business hours please call Best Westerns Internet Support line at 877-237-8750.

SoCal Attractions LEGOLAND California - Geared toward younger children and families LEGOLAND is located in Carlsbad. There are more than 50 rides, shows and attractions for a whole day of family fun. SeaWorld San Diego - This park focuses on marine attractions. Shamu Adventure show is one of the highlights of a visit to Sea World. Located in San Diego's Mission Bay park. Disneyland Resort - Original Disneyland and California Adventure each park has its own entrance fee. Knott's Berry Farm - Roller coasters and thrill rides. The Ghost Town is still there along with the log and mine rides. Kids will love Camp Snoopy with the world-famous PEANUTS™ characters. San Diego Wild Animal Park - 1,800-acre animal and plant preserve located in Escondido. This park offers visitors the chance to see wildlife in a habitat more natural than a zoo. San Diego Zoo - The San Diego Zoo is centrally located, adjacent to downtown San Diego, in Balboa Park. Universal Studios - Studio tour and theme park. Universal Studios has many shows and rides that will keep you entertained for a full day of fun and adventure. Six Flags Magic Mountain - This is the roller coaster capital of the west coast with 20 coasters to its credit. The park has over 260 acres of rides, games and attractions. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor - Open during the summer months, Hurricane Harbor has 23 rides and attractions. Wild rides for older kids and a fun and safe play area for younger children. Wild Rivers - A great water park located in Irvine, fun for the whole family, open from May September. Knott's Soak City USA - Theme water park with surf woodies and long boards of the 1950s. Adventure City - Theme park for kids; rides, petting zoo, children's theater, puppet shows and a train ride.

Queen Mary - Queen Mary in Long Beach. Guided Tour of the historic ocean liner and World War II troopship. See restored areas that have been under wraps since the final voyage in 1967. Aquarium of the Pacific - Located in Long Beach this is one of the largest aquariums in the United States. It has nearly 1000 species filling 19 major habitats. LEGOLAND Sea Life Aquarium -Two-story aquarium is the second attraction for LEGOLAND resort in Carlsbad, California. Over 36,000 square feet of ocean displays.
