There is ample streetlights and lampposts in Little India. However, these lights and lamps may bedim,especiallyin smallerand secluded areas. This may be due to poor maintenance or lowquality of the lamps.

Thereare a variety of types and sizes of street lights and lamp posts that are carefully installed into eacharea. The choice of lighting used depends on the size and scale of each of the space and itslighting requirement.

The main network of drains inLittle India comes in the form of road sidedrains and appear onboth sides of mostroads. Only drains along main roads and bystreets were visualizedin the diagram.

The RochorRiverwhich is a canalized river runsalong Rochor Canal Road, Sungei Road, andBukit Timah Road. It branchesoutinto other drainsin the form of above groundstorm drains and others.
