Moonee Valley City Council presents Winter Fest 2018 which will feature winter-themed activities throughout Moonee Valley.
Winter Fest will includel an outdoor ice skating rink in Pratt Street, Moonee Ponds. The ice rink will be open to the public from 30 June through to 15 July 2018.
