Situated at the heart of Deira, The Botique Hotel experiences activity in the “active power” of Architecture and is used to transmit an explosion of motion within the comfort of the Hotel.

This is achieved through “anistopic” a concept that describe the structure the combination of nature and creating a new experience. This concept is produced throughout the experience of water that surrounds the hotel and creating the element that Dubai. The Hotel in its experience sheds energy from nature into the spaces through its voids, balconies and roof gardens.
