• Turn fryer OFF. • Put on protective equipment (PPE) heat-resistant gloves and apron. CLEANING

• Empty and discard oil by opening the drain valve. Make sure the fryer is turned off. NOTE: Ensure 2 the oil is completely cooled before discarding.

• Close the drain valve. Fill with warm water to 3-5 cm below the overflow level. DO NOT OVERFILL. • Add 2/3 bottle of Heavy Duty 3 degreaser to the empty vat.

• Empty and discard oil. Make sure the fryer is turned off

• Turn the fryer on. Watch and wait for the display to change to “Boil”. Select “0”. The fryer is now in boilout mode and allow it to start to heat up. 4

• Add 2/3 bottle of Heavy Duty degreaser to the empty vat. • Fill with warm water to 2.5cm above the oil line. DO NOT OVERFILL.

• Cover and remove any exposed products/raw ingredients from the grill area. • Turn grill to 120°C and allow to cool to this temperature (approximately 20 minutes). Leave toaster cover open.

• Turn the fryer on. Watch & wait f display to change to “Boil”. Sele fryer is now in boil-out mode an to start to heat up.

• Clean the exterior of the fryer vat with Heavy Duty Degreaser.
