It takes about 15 minutes and once finished you’ll be given a detailed and confidential health report containing your ‘real’ health age (this may be different to your actual age) and your lifestyle risks for medical conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. If there’s room for improvement, we’ll suggest how you can be healthier by changing some of your lifestyle habits. And, depending on your results, we’ll tell you about programs we provide that may be helpful. And because the OHA is free and you can check back in at any time, it’s a great way to monitor your health regularly.
