One of the first home builders in the South West to transition to air source heat pumps, our Innovation Team are constantly looking to make our homes more sustainable and energy efficient, like increasing thermal properties of the building envelope, low energy lighting and EV chargers.

Head of Land & Planning Will has decades of experience across roles in private sector housebuilding and planning, housing and infrastructure investment for Cornwall Council. He has a wealth of knowledge in site appraisal and acquisition, planning application management, undertaking viability appraisals and negotiating with planning authorities.
