Our Approach i. Executive Search
Our mission is to solve your recruitment challenges, and to help you interact with and access the best talent in the marketplace.
Here are some of the ways in which we do it:
This forms the majority of our work. A full executive search process is the best way of making senior appointments. It typically consists of the following stages: we take an in-depth briefing from you in person, seeking to understand as much about your business and the role as possible; we conduct an extensive headhunt, making use of both our existing networks and creative research; we interview a longlist of suitably qualified candidates on your behalf and make recommendations as to who should be shortlisted; we help you to organise all the logistics of your own face-to-face interviews; we assist you with taking up references and conducting any final salary negotiations with your preferred candidate.

ii. ‘Research Days’
iii. Bespoke Services
For mid-level appointments, a truncated research-only approach is sometimes appropriate. This streamlined model works on a day rate as follows:
We look to form long-term partnerships with our clients and will therefore frequently help them on other projects. These might include:
we take an in-depth briefing from you over the phone;
conducting salary and benefits surveys for a specific role, gathering together data from an agreed set of comparator businesses;
we conduct an extensive headhunt for an agreed number of days, making use of both our existing networks and creative research (this is sometimes undertaken in parallel with a public advertisement);
mapping the organisational structure of an agreed competitor (or a specific team within it);
at the conclusion of the research phase, we sift all the candidate CVs and produce a preliminary grading;
running specially designed assessment centres to make sure you get the best results from your formal interview processes;
we then send you all the candidate paperwork electronically;
delivering an enhanced reference check on appointable candidates, including verifying their academic and professional qualifications;
you confirm which people you wish to take forward to interview, and we turn down any unsuccessful candidates.
conducting internal benchmarking exercises to help you identify existing talent or plan for organisational restructures.
Our Points System We have created a loyalty points scheme that allows our commercial clients to give free recruitment support to a charity of their choice.
Our goal was to create a mechanism that could provide companies with

whatever vacancy is currently troubling them. 4 We factor this work into our business model, so you do not have to pay a premium to take advantage of it. It’s a classic win-win situation. Your business gets to make strong appointments and to help others do the same time, but for no additional cost.
The loyalty points our clients collect directly benefit their favourite charities. 7
Our Culture We are trying to build a new kind of search firm – one where tenacity and commerciality are matched by integrity and innovation.
Our consultants come from a broad range of backgrounds. Some of our colleagues have deep insight into a particular sector, whereas others focus on a specific functional remit; however, we work in a collegiate way, so that this expertise is shared across the company to the benefit of all our clients. We embrace new technologies in order to enhance the recruitment process. Our approach harnesses the power of social networks, our candidate interviews frequently make use of Skype video conferencing, and our website is equipped with state-of-the-art client and candidate portals.
We are active across these key social media channels: twitter

Keen to keep our values grounded in action, we are also continually on the lookout for practical ways to improve our own impact on our community and our environment.
