Министерство на образованието и науката Българско неделно училище “Канев” към Българска източноправославна църква“Св. Димитър” Работи по Постановление №90 на Министерския съвет за българските неделни училища в чужбина.

Провежда обучение за децата от предучилищна възраст и за учениците от I до XII клас. Осигурява завършване на обучение по български език и литература, история и цивилизации, география и икономика за определен клас. Провежда допълнителни училищни дейности, които подпомагат обучението и са свързани със съхраняване на националното самосъзнание, култура и традиции. Подготовя кандидат-студенти за прием в български висши училища по български език и литература, по история и цивилизации и по география и икономика. Провежда обучение и сътрудничи с ДЕПАРТАМЕНТА ЗА ЕЗИКОВО ОБУЧЕНИЕ ПРИ СУ “СВ. КЛИМЕНТ ОХРИДСКИ” за полагане на изпити и получаване на Европейски сертификат по Български език на ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe). На всеки кандидат, успешно издържал предвидените писмен и устен изпит, се издава европейски сертификат за ниво на владеене на български език като чужд. Документът има международна валидност и е безсрочен. Учебният процес в БНУ “Канев” се води от лица с придобита професионална квалификация „учител” в съответствие с държавния

образователен стандарт за статута и професионалното развитие на учителите, директорите и другите педагогически специалисти съгласно Закона за предучилищното и училищното образование в България. Обучението се провежда по учебни програми и учебни помагала, утвърдени от министъра на образованието и науката. С право да издава легитимни удостоверения за проведено обучение по съответен предмет и клас. Всички удостоверения се въвеждат в регистъра на Министерство на образованието и науката на България. Parsley is a great herb to have in the kitchen—but what do you do with bunches and bunches of it? Treat parsley well and it will last a while. At the market, look for brightgreen, lively bunches. Because parsley grows in sandy soils, it needs to be thoroughly washed. When you buy fresh parsley, trim the ends off the stems right when you get home, and stick it in a cup of water. Don’t let it go to waste! Start putting it on everything.

Similar to the more familiar milk chocolate, dark chocolate is made from beans of the cacao tree, native to South America. Използва се 1 кг. телешки бут, това е едно цяло месо, което не е предварително нарязано на филийки. Запечатваме месото в гореща мазнина, така че да се получи приятен загар по всичките му страни. (Аз го пържа направо в тенджерата под налягане, 3 яйца която ще я използвам за 1 чаша захар (250 мл.) готвенето на месото). 1 чаша олио Прибавям 2 гл.лук( нарязани 1 чаша кисело мляко на 4), 3-4 скилидки чесън, 1 п.бакпулвер 3-4 моркова( нарязани на 1 п.ванилия сок на 1 лимон едро), 8-10 зърна черен настъргана коричка на 1 лимон пипер, 2-3 дафинови листа,1 2,5 чаши брашно стрък розмарин, сол по вкус.. 150 гр.боровинки( предварително Доливам с 3-4 чаши вода ( до овалвани в 1 суп.лъж.брашно. половината на месото) и готвя Изпекох го в правоъгълна в тенджера под налягане формичка на 170 гр.около 45 мин.

Прибавям нарязаното месо и готвя още около 30 мин.( докато омекне месото). Сервирам с гарнитура картофено пюре. (също така и морковите могат да се използуват за гарнитура).

Aшуре (Аşure)

Традиция е да се прави Ашуре на 10 ‚тия ден на един от свещените месеци за мюслюманите- месеца Мухаррем. Така приготвеното ашуре се раздава на приятели и съседи. ● Сложих 2 чаши жито с 5 чаши вода на котлона и като заври, около 5 мин. ● Изцедих житото и изхвърлих пожълтялата вода . Същият процес го повторих още веднъж. На третия път като заври водата изключих котлона, затворих капака и оставих житото в горещата вода да набъбне за една нощ. ● Сутринта включих пак котлона и варих житото още 15-20 мин. докато омекне напълно като допълвах с вода ако има нужда. ● Към така омекналото жито прибавих 1 чаша предварително сварен и изцеден боб, 1 чаша сварен и изцеден нахут, четвъртина чаша измит ориз и продължих да варя докато леко се сгъсти. (не трябва да е много гъсто). ● Последователно прибавих 1 чаша сушени жълти кайсии нарязани на малки кубчета (предварително накиснати във вода), 1 чаша стафиди (също накиснати), 1/2 чаша сушени смокини (накиснати), 1 чаша лещници, коричка на 1 портокал, 1-2 суп.лъж.сушен касис, 2-3 каранфила варени в малко вода (прибавяте

само водичката за аромат ), 1 суп.лъж. розова вода .... ● Варих ашурето още малко с постоянно бъркане и ако е много гъсто прибавих постепенно гореща вода.... ● Най накрая сложих 2,5 в.чаши захар и 1 чаша топло прясно мляко. ● Разбърках, варих още 5-10 мин. и изключих котлона. ● Разпределих ашурето в купички и украсих с орехи, kасис, шам фъстък и, нар.... Да ви е сладко приятели!

Сладко от зрели смокини

За 5 кг смокини, 3кг захар, сок от половин лимон, 1 суп лъж.масло, 3-4 бр. каранфилови зърна. Избират се узрели ,но по твърдички смокини, измиват се внимателно и се потапят за една нощ в разтвор от 500 гр. негасена вар+5-6 л.вода. (внимавайте когато гасите варта, защото се получава реакция, в която се отделя голямо количество топлина). Разтвора се разбърква само веднъж, чака се да се утаи около 2-3 часа, и после внимателно се премества в друг съд, заедно с бялата покривка

която се образува на повърхността и. Накиснатите смокини се изваждат от разтвора, мият се обилно 2-3 пъти и се поставят в тенджерата. Прибавя се захарта и около 1 чаша вода. След като кипне, прибавяме маслото и варим на слаб огън до готовност, като отвреме на време разбъркваме много внимателно. (смокините също пускат течност, затова захарта не става на карамел). Като се получи желаната гъстота, прибавяме лимоновия сок, каранфилите и приключваме с готвенето. Още горещи се слагат в бурканчета и се обръщат с капачките надолу.

4 яйца 1,5 чаша захар( чашата е 200 мл.) 1 чаша прясно мляко 1 чаша олио Настъргана кора на 1 лимон 2 суп.лъж.лимонов сок 1 бакпулвер 1 ванилия 3 чаши брашно

400 мл.течна сметана 400 мл.прясно мляко 4 суп .лъж. захар (може и повечко, но аз имах предвид ,че ще украся крема със сладко от боровинки и затова сложих по малко) 1п.ванилия 2 пакетчета желатин ( желатина го използвайте по разписанието на опаковката, защото има много различни опаковки) ● Смесих в малка тенджерка всички продукти освен желатина, сложих тенджерката на слаб огън и с постоянно разбъркване им позволих да се стоплят. ● Точно преди да кипне сместта, отстраних от котлона и прибавих желатина. ● Разбърках хубаво докато се разстопи напълно и после разпределих все още топлата смес в предварително изплакнати с вода стъклени формички( така ще се обърнат по лесно). Може да използвате и силиконови формички. От това количество продукти се получиха 6 бр.малки стъклени чашки. ● Сложих кремчетата в хладилника и изчаках докато се стегнат (най малко 2-3 часа). ● Преди да ги сервирам ги обърнах в чинийка и и ги украсих със сладкото от боровинки.

Бяла тортичка: Като подготовка трябва да се накисне кашу за една нощ. Варен на пара или печен във фолио сладък картоф, но може и без него, може да се замени с банан, варен кестен и др. Ще започна от блатчетата за четитите тортички. Смилат се с блендер или пасатор около 12 фурми, ч.л. смляна чия или ленено семе, две шепи смлени орехи (може други ядки), шепа овесени ядки, чл какао (или две с.л. рожково брашно), три,четири счукани какаови зърна, една с.л. слънчогледови семена (може покълнали), малка щипка морска сол, две с.л. кокосова мазнина. Оформят се осем топки колкото голям ореха и се сплескват между два кръга хартия за печене или фолио изрязана с диаметър на кафяна чашка, на дебелина около сантиметър да са блатчетата. Бял крем - смилат се с пасатор кашуто, една/две с.л. портокалов сок, подсладител на вкус (мед, стевия), с.л. разтопено кокосово масло или какаово. Става също като маслен крем.

Намазва се блата и пак в хладилника, докато направим шоколадовата заливка, а най-добре е за повечко време да стегне. Шоколадова заливка Най-лесно може да си разтопите шоколад на водна баня и с него да залеете. Аз си го направих така: на водна баня разтопих какаово масло(подобре какаова маса ако имате) и какао на прах, добавих другата половинка от остърганата шанилова шушулка, щипка хималайска сол и след като поизстина подсладих с мед, енергично бъркане става нещо като тесто, но по-рядко може да се излива, което и направих върху тортата, веднага се втвърди.

Това е нещо между баница и маслен хляб на пластове. Надявам се да харесате вкуса на това тестено ястие, което е специфично за областта Сивас в средна Турция. ● Омесох меко тесто от 200 мл.хладка вода, 200 мл.хладко пр.мляко, 1 ч.лъж сол, 1 ч.лъж. захар, 20 гр.свежа мая ( или 1 пакетче суха) и 4-4,5 водни чаши брашно ( чашата ми е 200 мл.ова). ● Оставих тестото да втаса около 40 мин. ● След това го разделих на 4 топки.

● Намазах топките с олио (използвах 2 суп. лъж.олио) и ги оставих да си починат около 1520 мин. ● След това взех една топка, сложих я на плота и притискайки я с пръсти я разточих с диаметър около 40 см. ● Намазах добре кората с разтопено краве масло (може и маргарин, за катмера като цяло се използва около 150 гр.разтопено масло). ● Сгънах единия край навътре, пак масло, после отсрещния край, масло, така и с другите

Прибавих 1 рендосан морков, позапържих го и него, след което прибавих 1 ч.лъж.червен пипер и 3 големи моркова, нарязани на едро. Позапържих леко всички

зеленчуци, наредих пилешките бутчета, сложих около 3-4 чаши гореща вода, посолих, затворих капака и варих ястието около 30 мин. После прибавих 3-4 картофа, нарязани на едро и готвих още 15-20 мин. Изключих котлона, поръсих с магданоз и сервирах с любов. П.с.ако желаете по гъстичко, заедно с лука може да прибавите и малко брашно.

● Сложих двата катмера в хладилника за около половин час ( маслото обезателно трябва да се втвърди), после ги разточих леко правоъгълно, сложих ги в тавичка върху хартия за печене, направих диагонални разрези, намазах ги със смес от 1 жълтък и 1 суп.лъж. кисело мляко и ги пекох на 180 гр.около 30-40 мин.до златисто. Като ги извадих от фурната ги покрих с кърпа. Приятен ден ...Приятен апетит.....Със здраве.
