Nick Ross (b. 1986) BFA, Grays School of Art in Aberdeen. MFA, Konstfack, College of Arts, Crafts and Design. Ross founded his own studio in 2014, starting a career that has led him to receive many international prizes and honours, including: Formex Nova (2016), Design Parade 11 (honourable mention in 2016), Architectural Digest’s Emerging Designer Award (2014), Muuto Talent Award (2014) and the Young Swedish Design Award (in 2011 and 2013). Fredrik Paulsen (b. 1980) MFA, Royal College of Art, London 2010. Paulsen's fascination for popular culture is a main focus in his work, when designing and reinterpreting our contemporary society. Using standard materials and uniform shapes he experiment and manipulates surfaces to create unique psycedelic finishes. 45. Folkform, a “Suburban skyline” floor lamp, unique edition, Studio Folkform 2017. Mirror steel plate, brushed steel base, marked with label FOLKFORM No 1 2017, height 156 cm. The design duo Folkform consists of Chandra Ahlsell and Anna Holmquist. They founded Folkform in 2005 after studies at Stockholm College of Arts, Crafts and Design. Since the start the duo has been awarded with several design awards and are represented in the collections of Nationalmuseum in Stockholm and the Nasjonalmuseum in Oslo.
