An aroma of gum, vanilla, mint, and molasses. Sweet, fruity and notably spicy on the palate, with emerging brown sugar and oak.

Water releases intensive, fruity notes. The finish is long, spicy and comparatively dry, with developing vanilla.

There are vanilla and delicate floral notes on the nose of this fouryear-old Bourbon. Initially sweet, with restrained vanilla, then drier, oaky notes develop, fading into furniture polish and soft malt in the finish.

Anchor Steam Ale

It is an amber ale with a creamy head, that has a fresh, hoppy aroma with a hint of caramel. On the palate it is quite light and refreshing and has a fruity mid-palate with a clean, dry finish with a bit of bite.

Brooklyn Chocolate Stout

10% ABV

Russet in color with a rich, oaky aroma. The dry, clean flavor is mellow and smooth, not hot in the throat. This 90 proof Kentucky bourbon delivers a wonderfully complex taste with hints of vanilla and honey and a long smoky finish.

It has a nutty nose of sweet, tangy fruit and rye, with malt, spice and nuts on the palate, drying in the finish with notes of vanilla.

Brooklyn’s Black Chocolate Stout is a 10% ABV brew with a misleading name. There is no chocolate in the beer…just a very skilled blending of six varieties of black, chocolate, and roasted malts.

Totally enjoyable if you’ve got the guts to just drink it. But if you sip it nice and slowly, you’ll find a warm, sweet underbelly and lots of unexpected complexity there.

Sweet and crisp. A touch of bitterness, nicely balanced with the slightly wheaty sweet finish. An exceptional light lager. Feels nice, creamy and bubbly. Overall, this is sweet and delicious. It’s what all American lagers should be; bursting with bright flavor.

A huge whiskey. Put together with style and sophistication, but still with all the robustness of a true bourbon. A classic, of course. A Clint Eastwood of whiskeys.

Woodford Reserve

45% ABV

Strong, powerful vanilla overlays a rich fruit medley, with mint, sweet Cocoa and a dash of black pepper spice, Rich, rounded and smooth, with complex hints of mint, tobacco, leather, and fruit. Toffee and spice notes abound. Smooth, long, spicy and warming, but with a noticeable absence of heat.

5.9% ABV

There is also a wonderful fruity aroma from the ale yeast buried under the hops giving the beer a wonderfully complex nose. It is full of hops but not overwhelming. With plenty of malt flavor to support the hoppiness, this is a well rounded IPA and deserves the recognition that it’s gained.

Samuel Adams Beer

4.8% ABV

The body is clear and dark golden in appearance. The nose is full of floral, spicy hops. This continues into the first taste. It has a malty sweetness that finishes with a nice hoppy whack. The bitterness lingers and leaves a refreshed feeling.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

5.6% ABV

It has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour.
