Fly to the charming city of Luang Prabang. Visit bustling markets and try fresh herbs as you learn to cook Lao cuisine. Visit the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre where you will get an insight into the daily lives of ethnic minorities in Northern Laos. Visit a local weaving centre and make your own hand-dyed silk scarf as a memento. Having mastered Lao cuisine, fly to Chiang Mai in Thailand and soak up the atmosphere in the town’s night bazaar.
