Baldwin scored in double figures in seven games as a freshman. Her 13 rebounds against CSS marks the third time in her career she has grabbed over 10 rebounds.

Beaver Pride Athlete of the Week McKay became the second player this season to earn Beaver Pride Athlete of the Week honors on Dec. 15 after averaging 13.3 points and 6.3 rebounds in three games last week. McKay joins Wessling as BSU women’s basketball players to earn the honor so far this season. Wessling was named Beaver Pride Athlete of the Week after averaging 14.0 points and 9.0 rebounds in her first week of collegiate basketball.

20 or More for Wessling Wessling has tallied two performances with 20 or more points through her first eight career games in a BSU uniform. The mark is the best for any BSU freshman since Mike Curfman took over as the Bemidji State coach during the 2005-06 season.

BSU Defeats CSS, 83-31 The Bemidji State Beavers dominated play on Wednesday ending the night with a 8331 victory over the College of St. Scholastica. The 52-point victory marked the first win by over 50 points since since upending the University of Minnesota Morris by 58 points on Feb. 22, 2003. The 31 points by St. Scholastica marks the lowest scoring output for a BSU opponent in a Beaver victory since giving up 35 points to St. Catharine’s during the 1984-85 season.

Epema Watch Sydney Epema (Jr., G, Crookston, Minn.) had shown her prowess from beyond the arc in her first two seasons in Bemidji as she currently ranks fifth all-time for career threes with 138. Epema needs 31 threes to surpass Kris DeMaris in fourth place. Epema had 56 made three-pointers as a sophomore after tallying 73 as a freshman. Her 73 made three-pointers still ranks third all-time for most made threes in a season. Top Career Three Pointers Made No. Made......
