Hotel Highlights • We are located just one mile from Texas A&M University and offer both complimentary shuttle service and complimentary parking. • With approximately 27,000 square feet of newly renovated meeting space, Bell Ranch Steakhouse, Starbucks Coffee Shop and full-service Gallery Bar your guests will not need to leave the property. This will benefit your group by eliminating excess driving and reducing the overall cost of your convention. • Over 80% of the state of Texas is within a 180-mile radius of College Station. Due to our central location, conferences typically experience higher than normal attendance. • Hilton Hotels shows its appreciation to our loyal guests by offering Hilton HHonor’s Points and select airline miles for each stay.

Meeting Space For your attendees’ convenience, we offer approximately 27,000 square feet of meeting space, mostly on one floor, facilitating a smooth flow between your general session, meals and breakouts. Your attendees will easily locate events. Our grand ballroom measures 11,600 square feet. Our recent full remodel and renovation of meeting space offers your guests exceptional signature meeting facilities! Meeting room rental charges are based on your Guest Room Commitment, Program Events and scheduled Banquet Functions. Our complimentary airport shuttle enables easy access to/from the airport while saving you money. • Our upscale facility features the Bell Ranch Steakhouse. The Bell Ranch offers delectable entrees to include USDA Prime Aged Beef, world-class seafood, and mouth-watering desserts. During breakfast, the restaurant offers continental and full breakfast buffets that will satisfy any appetite. The current price for the continental breakfast is $7.95 per person, and the full breakfast buffet is $9.95 per person. • If your attendees prefer a lighter option, Saved by the Bell Coffee Shop was designed for them. Offering Starbucks coffee items and fresh baked pastries, “Saved by the Bell” is perfect for someone needing a simple start to their day. • Our talented culinary team can prepare a variety of cuisines for your meeting attendees. We are, of course, able to customize menus to your group’s needs. • We are proud to offer complimentary high speed wireless internet in all of our guest rooms and public space. Each guest will be given an internet code upon request which will allow them to access timely information at the tip of their fingers.
