Colleagues at a distance from the labour market work in our cafés alongside employees with regular job prospects. For others, working at Brownies&downieS is their daytime activity. Everyone’s talent counts, and that’s what makes the atmosphere at every café so welcoming.
We have taken great care in compiling our menu. It clearly lists all the food and drink we have on offer, and includes not only your firm favourites, but also delicious new things to try. For example, our Chef’s Specials are three unique, seasonal dishes that you can only enjoy in our cafés. We develop these in collaboration with chefs around the country, and prepare them with great care.
