Summer at Your Library ROCKS ! Track Your Reading and Learning:
June 1-August 14 H Broward.org/Library/Summer
Libraries Rock! Broward County Library’s Summer Learning Program is filled with rockin’ free fun for everyone! Ready to check out great events, learn, read and win great prizes? Then Broward County Library is the place to be this summer! Summer at Your Library events featuring t before the date were generously funded by the Broward Public Library Foundation.
Summer at Broward County Library means the chance to earn and win prizes for reading, learning and attending free library events for all ages. Libraries Rock! events will have you rocking out with free concerts and music, move-to-the-groove dance parties and workouts, fun geology and science related events for all ages and so much more. Learning and reading over the summer helps prevent summer learning loss in children and teens and builds skills that maintain or improve academic proficiency scores. Adults can read for enjoyment and attend library events while modeling good learning behaviors to children and teens. This year, The Florida Panthers have teamed up with Broward Public Library Foundation to make Summer at Broward County Library even better! Select library locations will enjoy special guest appearances from Florida Panthers broadcasters, alumni, Stanley C. Panther and the Panther Patrol! Visit Broward.org/Library/Summer for details on when the Panthers will be in your neighborhood this summer. Register for the Broward County Library Summer Learning Program at Broward.org/Library/Summer or at any library location. Start reading, writing reviews, attending events or completing activities. Record your information online or via the Beanstack Tracker app to be eligible for great prizes. The more you participate, the better your chance of winning prizes like local museum and attraction tickets, tablets, and Panthers tickets!
Summer at Your Library is sponsored by the Florida Panthers; the Broward Public Library Foundation; Friends of Broward County Library; Friends of West Regional Library; Broward Family Life Magazine; the Deaver Phoenix Foundation; and the Charles F. and Esther M. Frye Foundation.
