New BRVA meeting schedule The Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA) has changed its public meeting schedule for 2013. Instead of quarterly public meetings, then will be a spring and a fall meeting. The Spring meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 16. The Fall meeting that includes that annual board election will be held on Tuesday, October 15. Monthly BRVA board meetings are still held monthly on the first Tuesday of each month and are open to the public.
