POPES FEARLESS 14 - Male Champion and 1st Place Bull, born on or before 31.12.14 at the Royal Welsh Show
This was followed by a strong class of 8 heifers won by a very long, clean, showy Sterling Celia’s Fifi. The second heifer class was won by Pistyll Fflur, a very well fleshed heifer with a great head. The last class saw a tremendous entry of ten very smart young heifers forward but my final pick for first place was Sterling Bacardi’s Gigi who exhibited great female and breed character. It was very satisfying and a tremendous achievement for the breed and breeders to win the Reserve Interbreed
RANFURLY FORMULA 1 F7 14 - Reserve Male Champion and 2nd Place Bull, born on or before 31.12.14 at the Royal Welsh Show
Champion with Popes Princess Cleo, also for Sterling Bacardi’s Gigi to win the Reserve Champion Interbreed Continental Junior Heifer. My Female Champion Popes Princess Cleo along with my Male Champion Popes Fearless went on to win the Overall Interbreed Pair Championship. It was also great to see both heifers which were placed second in the very strong heifer classes when paired together won the Interbreed Beef Pairs bred by exhibitor.
