At the end of the week, you will be able to find us sweating out toxins in a Hot Yoga class. We are going to take a moment to focus inwards. Not only is yoga a great total body workout but it also strengthens our organs, ligaments and veins. The 36 degree heat is ideal for sore muscles and the intense warmth will be perfect for beginner and advanced stretching.

For a full body workout, you can be sure that we will be trying out the battle ropes. Slamming the thick ropes against the ground will be a very satisfying way to relieve ourselves of pent up frustrations and challenge our whole body.
