Pamela legg Character designer storyboard artist illustrator
I am interested in all areas of design in animation but especially in character designing and background designing. I enjoy making 3D stop motion sets and doing 2D animation. I am interested in and write short stories which are generally aimed at children to teenage, this has led me in to becoming interested in illustrating books aimed at this market as well as storyboarding for similar animation projects. Other arts and crafts including traditional painting are another great passion of mine and I have been painting for a number of years now providing art work for various clients. As well as painting I have wrote, storyboarded, animated and designed characters for various animation projects which have been produced in either stop motion or in 2Danimation.

FILMS For my 2nd year film I wrote a story called 'Fowl play'. For the film I filled the role of Art Director but also designed the main characters, storyboarded and helped animate some scenes. The story followed two fat birds stuck in a nest who were both eyeing a tasty fly hovering above their heads....
At the end of 2013 I again filled the role of Art Director for the 2D short 'Rumble in the Jungle' . I also storyboarded the short comedy, designed the main character and animated some scenes.

For my final film at UWE I decided to work on a solo project. The film titled 'THE CRYPT' was made using 2D flash and 3D sets/backdrops. I wrote the short comedy storyboarded, designed the characters, animated the scenes and constructed the sets.
