Sitting on the banks of the Conwy estuary, with views to Snowdonia and Conwy Castle, the RSPB’s Conwy reserve is a great place to visit at any time of year. It has plenty of accessible trails, easy for all the family to follow, with viewpoints and hides dotted around, helping you to make the most of your visit. There are always volunteer guides on hand to help you discover more, and even if the weather’s not conducive to being outside, the visitor centre offers plenty of activities for all the family. Every Saturday throughout November and December, you can join one of the volunteer wildlife guides to take a two-hour walk around the site, finding out what makes it such a special place and discovering the birds and other wildlife that make the reserve their home.
