Parent Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

• Open to all Brighton College (Singapore) families.

• The Referral Programme is not applicable to families transferring from one Cognita school to another Cognita school, regardless of country or campus.

• Only the first valid referral received and confirmed by the school will be eligible for the reward in the event of duplicate claims.

• To be eligible for a reward, the referral must be submitted prior to the referred family making direct contact with the school.

• Referrals will only be valid for families who have had no prior enrolment history with the school within the past two academic years.

• Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. The school reserves the right to reject any referral it deems misleading.

• The discount is applied after the referred family completes all enrolment requirements, including tuition fee payment and other admissions formalities required.

• The Referral Programme is administered on a per-family basis, rather than per pupil. Once a referrer has referred a family (for example, through the enrolment of an elder sibling), they are not eligible to submit a subsequent referral for another sibling from the same family at a later stage.

• Once a referred family has completed one full term at the College, the referrer (recommending family) will receive a 5% discount on their school fees for one term (applied in the second term).

• Families may refer up to three new families per year; beyond this, further referrals may be considered following a meeting with the Head of College and are subject to the College’s approval.

• The referred (new) family will be eligible for 50% of the one-time enrolment fee.

• Incentives are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• The school reserves the right to limit the total number of referral rewards issued in a semester or academic year, at its discretion.

• The school may change or end the offer at any time. All decisions made by the school are final.

• Any tax liability arising from the receipt of referral credits shall be the responsibility of the recipient.

• The school reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards if the referring party or the referee is subject to disciplinary review or has violated school policies.

• In the event of a disagreement regarding referral eligibility or reward issuance, the matter will be reviewed by the school’s admissions team and, if unresolved, may be escalated in writing to the school’s leadership for final decision.

• If the referral programme is terminated early, all valid referrals received before the termination date will still be honoured in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

• Data Protection: By submitting a referral, both referrer and referee consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Brighton College (Singapore) for the purpose of administering the referral programme, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the school’s privacy policy.
