High School Activities • In high school I competed in a science competition from 8th grade to my senior year. This competition was called Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science. The picture to the left shows my first place award that I received during my senior year. I got this award at the Pittsburgh Science Fair in the Spring of 2015 by doing a four year continuation project: If Fingerprints and Toe Prints Are Hereditary in Multi-Generational Families.

High School Art Projects

• During my senior year of high school I was in a art class. In this art class we did a variety of projects. Two projects are shown. The portrait of myself is on the far left, for this project we had to create a portrait of ourselves that was using the monochromatic scale. The other drawing that I created was a drawing that we had to chose a word that described a certain thing.

Interior Graphics at La Roche College These AutoCAD drawings were completed at La Roche college for interior graphics. The top left drawing is a unfurnished floor plan which shows door placement, a corner curtain wall, and dimensions of all the exterior and interior walls. The drawing below that is a furnished floor plan which shows all the furniture that would be placed in the building. The drawing above is a reflected ceiling plan which shows all the light fixtures and components that would be placed in this building.

Interior Graphics • In this class we also learned how to draw elevations using AutoCAD. The plan above represents a kitchen floor plan which is where the two elevations to the left are located from. The two elevations on the left show dimensions of spacing's and some widths of certain cabinets.

Foundation Design

• For this project we had to create a color wheel. We also had to use the tints and shades of each color as well to show how these colors change when adding white or black to them. We also had to create the chromatic scale as well.

Architectural graphics 2

For this project we were given a floor plan and we had to recreate it and use the program called Revit. After time we were able to add more windows, doors, and stairs. All of these pictures represent the changes that I added.

Architectural graphics 2

This was our final project that we had the opportunity to pick out in class. We were given a floor plan and we had to scale down/up the floor plan in Revit and create the building itself. The outcome of this project was recreating the building and put in all the features as labeled on the plans that were given to us.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 1 For this project, we had to make a mask that described our point of view. It could show what I did in high school, what I liked to do, hobbies, etc. What I did was I made my mask have a journey of high school to now. Throughout high school I was involved in music. I like to paint, I am creative, I love tigers, I care for people. I also showed that I am a transfer student. On the outside of my mask, I made a design on the left side. On the inside of my mask, I put all the emotions that people couldn’t see.

For this project, we had to either design an abstract or any object/picture. I decided to draw an abstract design. The first picture had to be in black ink. The second picture had to be in color and I only had a max of five colors. For the third picture we had to use texture, up to five. The first two projects seemed very simple for me but the texture project was one of the most difficult.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 1

For this project we had to design a museum in Gettysburg, Pa for a found book of Abraham Lincoln’s Test of a Nation. We had to design only a conceptual model. For my inspiration I wanted my museum to look like an angel. This is because I wanted to make a museum to represent all of the people who lost their lives in Gettysburg, Pa during the Civil War.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 2 Site design

For this project we had to make parking for a church and school but we also had to put in the church and the school after we put in the parking.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 2 Site design

FOR THIS PROJECT WE HAD TO ORIENT A RESIDENTIAL HOME ON A PROPERTY WITH A POOL, BACK PATIO, 3 GARDENS, A POOL HOUSE, AND ADD MORE TREES. THE GOAL FOR THIS PROJECT WAS TO MAKE SURE THE HOUSE FEELED SECLUDED ON ITS OWN PROPERTY. ALSO FOR THIS PROJECT WE HAD TO RECREATE THE SITE BY HAND DRAWING THE SITE ON CRESCENT BOARD AND THEN MAKING A 3D LASER CUT SITE MODEL AND USE THE 3D MODEL MAKER TO CONSTRUCT THE RESIDENCE.

WORKING DRAWINGS COMMERCIAL

THIS IS A FLOOR PLAN THAT WAS MADE FROM REVIT SOFTWARE. THIS CLASS IS STILL CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS. MORE PAGES WILL BE ADDED WHEN THIS CLASS IS OVER.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 3 details This was our first project for this class. Because this classes main focus was detailing we had to make certain changes to this site and then make the following details. With an existing site and a existing building, we had to add certain things to this site. We had to add coach parking, a bike path, a dumpster with an enclosure, a fixed driveway so commercial vehicles could go through, and a new sign.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 3 details FOR THIS PROJECT WE HAD TO CREATE A HOTEL ON AN EXISTING SITE. WE HAD TO HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF KING AND QUEEN ROOMS AND WE ALSO HAD TO CREATE A VARIETY OF OTHER SPACES ON THE FIRST FLOOR. WE ALSO HAD TO FIGURE OUT PARKING SPACES THAT COULD FIT IN THE EXISTING LOT.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO 3 details FOR THIS PROJECT WE HAD TO RE ARRANGE THE COLLEGE STORE AT PENNSYLVANIA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY. BY RE ARRANGING , WE HAD TO FIND CERTAIN DISPLAY RACKS THAT FIT THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE COLLEGE STORE STAFF. ANOTHER REQUIREMENT THAT THE COLLEGE STORE STAFF WANTED WAS SOME DAYLIGHTING. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY BARELY HAVE ANY DAYLIGHTING AT THE MOMENT.
