An Italian inspired lunch menu, Indian & Persian Menu dinner followed by late night poutine bar. Vegan soy meat was provided by the Bride & Groom’s family. A custom menu, which was prepared by Indian chef Nirmal at Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Persian sweets were prepared by Persian pastry chef in Calgary.
