Sales Remain Strong AT ESTUARY The Estuary on-site sales agents had a strong sales start to 2010. They’ve recently sold four villas including the Cascada model in the Marsh Wren neighborhood, three single-family estate homes and an estate homesite. There are currently nine homes under construction including two recent sales just breaking ground—one by London Bay Homes in the Mirada neighborhood and a custom residence by Covelli Development Group on Osprey Trail.
