Anon-membermayparticipateasahandler,rider, driver,owner,lessee,oragentatRegularCompetitions,EventingCompetitions,DressageCompetitions,Reining CompetitionsandCombinedDrivingCompetitionsuponpaymentofaShowPassfee ParticipantsinthefollowingclassesareexemptedfromtheRequirementsofthisrule: 1)leadline;2)exhibitions;3)gamesandraces;4)classesfor4-Hmembers;5)walktrotandacademyclasses(academy classesareclasseslimitedtohorsesusedregularlyinalessonprogram);6)USDFintroductoryleveltests,pasdedeux andquadrilleclasses;7)assistanthandlersinDressageSportHorseBreedingclasses

ByenteringaFederation-licensedcompetitionandsigningthisentryblankastheOwner,Lessee,Trainer,Manager,Agent, Coach,Driver,Rider,Handler,VaulterorLongeurandonbehalfofmyselfandmyprincipals,representatives,employeesand agents,IagreethatIamsubjecttotheBylawsandRulesofTheUnitedStatesEquestrianFederation,Inc (the“Federation”) andthelocalrulesofTheBraveHorseShowSeries(Competition)

IagreetobeboundbytheBylawsandRulesoftheFederationandofthecompetition Iwillacceptasfinalthedecisionof theHearingCommitteeonanyquestionarisingundertheRules,andagreetoreleaseandholdharmlessthe competition,theFederation,theirofficials,directorsandemployeesforanyactiontakenundertheRules.IrepresentthatI ameligibletoenterand/orparticipateundertheRules,andeveryhorseIamenteringiseligibleasentered Ialsoagreethat asaconditionofandinconsiderationofacceptanceofentry,theFederationand/ortheCompetitionmayuseorassign photographs,videos,audios,cable-casts,broadcasts,internet,film,newmediaorotherlikenessesofmeandmyhorse takenduringthecourseofthecompetitionforthepromotion,coverageorbenefitofthecompetition,sport,orthe Federation.Thoselikenessesshallnotbeusedtoadvertiseaproductandtheymaynotbeusedinsuchawayasto jeopardizeamateurstatus Iherebyexpresslyandirrevocablywaiveandreleaseanyrightsinconnectionwithsuchuse, includinganyclaimtocompensation,invasionofprivacy,rightofpublicity,ortomisappropriation Theconstructionand applicationofFederationrulesaregovernedbythelawsoftheStateofNewYork,andanyactioninstitutedagainstthe FederationmustbefiledinNewYorkState SeeGR9084

The Horse Show Management reserves the right to limit entries, refuse, accept conditionally, or to cancel any entries, disqualifyanyridersorexhibitors,prohibitexhibitionofentries,andcancelawardprizes,withoutclaimfordamages;to changeanycourse,toaddadottedline,tocancelorcombineanyclasses,ortorescheduleclasses,afterduenoticeto exhibitors;tochangeringsorjudges;tochangespecificationsinjumperclassesinordertofacilitatethetimescheduleoras competitionwarrants,ormakeanychangesmanagementdeemsisinthebestinterestoftheshowanditsexhibitors Every horseenteredforcompetitionwillbeunderthecontroloftheHorseShowManagement,butManagementwill,innocase, beresponsibleforanylossordamagethatmayoccur,anditshallbeaconditionofentrythateachexhibitorshallholdthe HorseShow,itsmembers,directorsandemployees,contractors,sponsoringentitiesandfacilityharmlessforanylossor accidenttohorse,horsesorequipmentwhichmayoccurfromsickness,fireorotherwise Exhibitorsarenotifiedthatanyact ofdiscourtesyordisobediencetothejudgesorofficials,onthepartoftheowner,manager,rider,orgroomshalldisqualify thehorse,andtheownershallforfeithisentryfeeandotherfees

Showmanagementreservestoitselfthepowertoprohibitanypersonfromattendingorshowingahorseintheringandto removeanygroomorhorsefromtheshowwithoutbeingliableforcompensation.Nopersonwillbeallowedintheshowring duringthetimeofjudgingexcepttheexhibitorandthosehavingofficialorrequesteddutiestoperform.Itisthetraditionof theshowthatridersbecorrectlyattiredfortheclassinquestion,thatattendantsbeneatlydressedandthehorsesproperly presented.Managementmayinitsdiscretionbaranypersonfromenteringtheringifnotsuitablepresentedtoappear beforeanaudience

STABLING:10’X12’permanentstallswithstalldoors,thefloorsarescreeningswithrubbermatsand10’x10’temporary stallsonconcretewithrubbermats.Stallsforhorsesare$250inclusiveofnightwatch,andmustbeprepaidorreservedwith avalidcreditcardTemporarystabling10’x10’ofvinylconstructionwithdoorsandundercanvaswillbeusedforadditional stablingifnecessaryStallsinthepermanentbarns(permanentortemporary)willbereservedfirstcomefirstservedInitial beddingwillnotbeprovidedAnystallnotoccupiedbyahorsewillbeconsideredasatTackStallandbilledat$25000 Stallswillbeavailableat9:00amthemorningprecedingthescheduledstartdateandmustbevacatedbythefollowing Mondayat9amAnyTentstallswithapoleshouldbeusedforgroomingortack,NOTahorsestall

TUESDAY - JUMPER RING until 5:00PM, HUNTER 1 until 5:15PM, HUNTER 2 until 5:30PM

WEDNESDAY - JUMPER RING until 5:00PM, HUNTER 1 until 5:15PM, HUNTER 2 until 5:30PM

THURSDAY - JUMPER RING, HUNTER 1 & 2 CLOSE AT 6:30 PM / HUNTER 3 OPEN 1-6:00PM

FRIDAY - NO SCHOOLING in HUNTER 1; JUMPER RING, HUNTER 2 & HUNTER 3 UNTIL 5:30PM

Flatting in show rings is permitted ONLY during morning hours on show days. Rings will close and be cleared no less than 45–60 minutes prior to the posted daily Ring Start Time, and all horses/riders must vacate at that time.
