All sales and guarantees are between the consignor and buyer. Sale Management will assist in any way possible to settle any disputes, but ultimately does not resume responsibility for the animals being sold, or the guarantees expressed. PICK OF THE CROP
Buyers are to work with the consignors to determine a final selection date for your selections. It is strongly encouraged that the buyer select their purchase no less than 7 days prior to the breeder’s respective auction, in order to avoid any conflicts.
PICK OF THE LITTER
All litters are expected to have NO less than two individuals representing the respective sex, for each lot. Should the buyer purchase a lot that does not meet these requirements, the breeder is expected to make an adjustment and/or refund that is satisfactory and fair to all parties involved. Sale management will assist in this process as needed, but ultimately all agreements are between the buyer and seller. EX: If the buyer purchase “Pick of the gilts” from a litter, that particular must have no less than 2 gilts for the buyer to choose from.
BRED FEMALES
All females are guaranteed to be bred and confirmed to the service sire that is listed in the catalog, unless otherwise announced during the day of the auction. Should it be determined at a later date that a female is *Open” an adjustment or satisfactory replacement will be offered, with the nderstanding by all parties involved that the sow represents 60% of the purchase price.

ALL purchases are to be paid in full within 5 business days of the Vegas Showcase auction, NO Exceptions. Checks can be made payable to: Compass Livestock Solutions. Settlement may be made via credit card, with a 3.5% redit card convenience fee will be assessed.

All frozen semen is guaranteed to be that of the boar represented in the sale catalog. Once semen has been paid for in full, it will be up to the buyer and seller to arrange shipping and handling.

Because of the presence of wake up call and the look and shape of the 26-13 Backslap x Rapunzel Sow(Belle)! Also as an added bonus this mating brings together two very dominant sow lines as in the AC line at Keplinger Farms and the Rapunzel line at Titus Showpigs! This is also a mating that puts Cinderella on both sides of the pedigree which doesn’t hurt your chances at all to get to the backdrop! Early reports on the Switchblade Sam lambs have been nothing short of phenomenal, and the ones we have at home look to have some huge upside potential- no doubt looking like he’ll be our lead FF buck heading into ‘25 breeding season. Foolish to sell some embryos on a mating we haven’t even seen yet. These should be some ultra white featured, cool looking creatures.
